Friends of Manor (FOM) are a voluntary group of parents who organise and run regular fundraising and social events for the whole school community. Our aims are to raise funds that enhance the education and experiences of all the children in our school. And have lots of fun too! Please complete this questionnaire to help us plan and improve our events. It should take approx. 5 minutes to complete. All completed questionnaires returned before noon on 12 July will be entered into a prize draw to win a bottle of wine - you'll need to enter your email address in question 8 if you want to be included in the draw.
