What you will need:
  • Usual day clothes and nightwear
  • A Sleeping bag
  • Trainers and suitable clothing for sport (Badminton Racket/ Football Shoes)
  • Toiletries - including a towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, etc.
  • Medication (All medication must be declared on the application form)
  • Swimming kit
  • Remember that this is an Islamic run course, so all clothing should be moderate, and behaviour is expected to be exemplary.
 
Payment:
 
Upon successful submission and approval of your application form, The Easter Camp team will respond to you within the next few weeks to confirm your place within the camp. You will be contacted to make payment to reserve your place in the camp.

The price for the camp for applications submitted on or before the 9th of March 2018 will be eligible for our early bird offer which is £125. All applications submitted thereafter will be liable to pay the full price of £150. If financial aid/subsidised price is required please contact a member of the Behlool Easter Camp team directly.

**Please note once payment is made, we are unable to issue any refund or cancel your place in the camp, but you may allow someone else who fits the criteria to attend instead**

By submitting this application, I understand that due to any lack of information or misinformation about my requirements given to The Behlool Society, I will not be allowed to participate in the camp, and may be excluded without any refund of the fee. This application form constitutes the acceptance by the parent/guardian and the participant of the Camp Regulations of the Easter Camp (outlined below).

Upon allocation of a place at the camp by The Behlool Society, this form together with the Camp Regulations will form part of a contract between The Behlool Society and the parent/guardian (and/or the student if aged 18 or over).

The information on this form will be retained by The Behlool Society for its use and may be shared with the Leicester Jamaat Committee or associate organisations as and when necessary and requested. I am happy for any pictures to be taken of me and used in any marketing promotion for the Behlool Society. We may also use the information to inform you of events/projects that we or our affiliates feel may be of interest to you.
