Admin user request form

Please use this form to request an admin user account for your centre.  Admin users have access to the Arts Award website and are able to request a moderation date and confirm young people's names for moderation on behalf of the centre's trained adviser.
 
Please note that admin users are not able to assess young people's Arts Award portfolios as this must be done by the trained Arts Award adviser.
 
 

1. Trinity College London collects and stores the personal information provided when you fill in this form.

We will use your information to generate a user profile for the indicated admin user and to communicate about changes to our products and services, including those relating to your Arts Award centre and any orders that are placed under it.

You now need to:  

 

1. Download the form - Admin user - 'Conditions of Use' form  

 

2. Ask your chosen admin user to complete and sign the form   

 

3. Return the completed form to us by email to ArtsAwardOpsTeam@trinitycollege.co.uk

 

Once these have been received, your admin user account should be set up within five working days. We are unable to setup an admin user until this has been received.
