Reading at home is really important. If you have read a book that you like or have strong feelings about, you can use this form to tell me about it.
It doesn't matter if you read that book alone or with an adult.

Parents and Carers: It would be great if you had the time to discuss the book and the answers your child gives to the questions.
One thing to note - not all book types suit these questions. If you think there are some your child should skip then you should advise them to do so.
If your child needs to save the work to finish it later, click the 'Save or Send to Marker' button. When you do this, you will be asked to enter your email address and a link will be sent to you that will allow you to continue where you left off.
Later in the form you will get a chance to see how I can provide feedback on your child's work.
