Adults Strategy

We, the council and the NHS want to plan health, care and support services for the next five years. If you are aged between 18 and 64 you can get the plan off to a good start by completing this survey. If you have a mental illness, a learning or physical disability, autism, a sensory impairment, a long-term health condition, brain injury or are a carer, we’d love to hear your views. We are asking about what’s most important about the help and support you get and what is important in the future. Your views will help us shape our plan. The survey answers will be in a report later in the Summer. The plan will be ready in the Autumn. There will be a chance to give your views on the plan.
