Welcome to this our Cheltenham Town Football Club's Fans' Survey. We all recognise that for our fans the most important part of their match day experience is what happens on the pitch. All of us at the Club are working hard to make our team the best that it can be. We also recognise however that how we interact and communicate with you and the facilities we provide, can make a real difference.

We want to better understand how we can enhance the experience we provide and ultimately encourage fans to come to more games and increase attendances. If we can do this, then our ability to strengthen the squad and enhance facilities in the future will be even stronger.

With this in mind, we would be really grateful if you could take the time to complete this survey. As a thank you everybody who completes this survey will be entered into a Prize Draw for a Free Season Ticket for the 2019-20 season, to be drawn on Friday 2nd August. If you are not a season ticket holder, then your Free Season Ticket can be anywhere in the ground. If you have already purchased your season ticket and you are the winner, you can either have an additional ticket for the 2019-20 season or a free season ticket for the 2020-21 season.
