The CO3 Leadership Awards - Celebrating Champions 2016 - are now open!

My position as Chief Executive of CO3 places me in the privileged position of having direct access to a wide range of Third Sector Leaders who continue to carry out incredible work against a backdrop of political and economic uncertainty.

There are seldom opportunities to reflect and recognise all that is achieved on a daily basis by Third Sector leaders. Hence our motivation for running the CO3 Leadership Awards two years consecutively.  This also forms part of CO3’s 30th birthday celebrations.

Building on the success of the 2015 CO3 Leadership Awards, which brought over 200 Third Sector leaders together with a range of Private and Public Sector leaders, this year we have added a twist to the Awards!

In addition to the accolade of receiving a CO3 Leadership Award we also recognise the need to offer members additional support.  Therefore, I am pleased to confirm the twist to our Awards this year, is that attached to each Leadership Award, we are offering a prize fund.  The prize funds have been kindly donated by a wide range of our Corporate Partners  and include a £2,500 cash prize from Ulster Bank and a £2,500 voucher from Ulster University.

I am grateful to all of our Sponsors, with a special thanks dedicated to Ecclesiastical Insurance for their continued support as the main sponsor of the CO3 Leadership Awards 2016 – Celebrating Champions.

Lastly, a thank you has to be extended to our Judging Panel who will have the difficult task of selecting the seven worthy winners.
