POLLOK COUNTRY PARK ACCESS SURVEY
Pollok Country Park is the largest park and only Country Park within Glasgow. Located between Shawlands, Crossmyloof, and Pollok, the Park and its extensive woodlands and gardens attract around 2 million visits each year, while still providing a quiet sanctuary for both visitors and wildlife. The park is rich in rural history formerly being part of the Old Pollok Estate and ancestral home to the Maxwell Family. The park is also home to the world-famous Burrell Collection.
This survey will help us understand how people use Pollok Country Park and why they visit, as well as how they travel to and from the Park. By taking part, you will help us identify the opportunities and challenges currently affecting park users and inform future improvements to access, travel options and activities within the Park.
The survey will take approximately 7 minutes to complete.

For your peace of mind, the survey is not designed to ask you to submit any personal data that would identify you or any other person. All data that you submit in responses to the Survey questions is held on Glasgow City Council servers and with SmartSurvey and will not be shared outside the Council, nor outside the UK. Any personal data that you submit that can identify a person will be anonymised during analysis of the Survey. All results of the Survey will be completely anonymised – this will also be explained in later pages and Surveys. Any personal characteristic data you are requested to submit (such as health, gender, ethnicity etc) is anonymous and you cannot be identified from the data that you submit.
