Norfolk Walking & Cycling Festival 2018 - Organiser Feedback

Thank you for supporting Norfolk Walking & Cycling Festival. Please help us to understand your experiences and improve the Festival for next year by taking part in this survey which is being conducted by Norfolk County Council. The purpose of this survey is to collect feedback from individuals and organisations who offered guided walks or rides as part of the Norfolk Walking & Cycling Festival 2018. We are inviting you to take part in this survey because you were involved in offering one or more events in the programme, or because we invited you to offer events but you were unable to or chose not to on this occasion. You can choose not to take the survey, to stop responding at any time, or to ignore any personal questions that you do not want to answer. This online survey will take approximately 10 minutes. Your responses to questions will be recorded once you move on to the next page. Your responses will be confidential. We will process personal data according to The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Data Protection Act 2018 and Norfolk County Council’s data protection policy and guidelines. We will hold your personal data for the purposes of matching your feedback to registrations and communications prior to the festival, and getting back to you to answer any questions you may have or ask you for more detail. Unless you ask us not to we will also use it to ask you to participate in the Festival next year. All data is stored in a password protected electronic format – please read our privacy notice for further information as to how your data is used and your rights. The results of this survey will be used for the above purposes only and may be shared with our partners only in anonymised form.
