Shaping Norfolk’s Recycling Centres: customer satisfaction survey February 2017

Introduction

Norfolk County Council provides a network of 20 Recycling Centres. Last year they handled just over 65,504 tonnes of waste and about 75% of that was diverted from waste treatment and disposal.

To help us continue to provide an efficient and value for money service in the coming years, we want to find out your views about the Recycling Centres that you use.

Even if you don’t use them, we want to hear from you so that we can understand why.

Please take part in our survey, which should take no longer than ten minutes to complete.

(Please note that you can find out more information about Norfolk’s Recycling Centres here.  For more information about your household waste and recycling collection service please contact your District Council.)
