Following the Ofsted/CQC inspection findings of SEND services across Bristol, we are developing our Written Statement of Action SEND improvement plan.
This survey is the one of the things we are doing to help us to better understand parents’, carers’ and children and young people’s experiences of the SEND system in Bristol.

After the survey closes we will write and publish a report that sets out what you have told us and how we will use that information to improve all areas of the SEND system in Bristol.
We will run this survey every six months to make sure that the actions we are taking are having a positive impact and improving the experience of all children and young people with SEND and their parents and carers.
