. Embedding continuous improvement (CI) as a way of working is challenging. There are numerous approaches that can be followed, particular areas of challenge such as leadership, and the political environment has a major impact on momentum. We are looking to commission evidence based research to help understand the practice of CI and welcome our communities ideas for research topics.
