Small changes to accessibility can have a huge impact on someone’s experience. Improving access for those who are most in need will also mean improvements for everyone: young, old, those with pushchairs, wheelchairs, shopping, heavy suitcases, support dogs etc. Improving access can increase visitor numbers and therefore boost the local economy. Good access is about inclusive service delivery and customer care as well as the built environment. This survey and accompanying audit by Isle Access will help Cowes Town Council identify and prioritise improvements for Cowes, Isle of Wight. Large print and paper version available.
