From performance and premises to staffing and support your response to this survey is really important to us. We will use the findings to shape how we support local businesses in the future and we will share this with you in due course.

For each completed survey, £1 will be donated to Down Town (up to £500). Down Town is a vital community hub in Burnley, offering support, advice and guidance on budgeting, benefits, employment, housing and more - helping local people get the support they need.
