We need to hear families’ experiences of the Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment and plan development process.
Some of you will have gone through the entire Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment and plan development process and will have received a final EHC plan. Some of you however, may have either been turned down for the EHC needs assessment at approximately 6 weeks, or after assessment at 16 weeks. Regardless of where you exited the process, we would really value your feedback.
