Flu Immunisation in Carers

Overview of what the survey is about.
Public Health Wales want to find out how many carers have had a flu vaccination this winter and whether it is difficult for you to get one. To do this, we would be grateful if carers would fill in this short survey. It will take less than 5 minutes and you don't need to give us any personal identifiers.
We will use the information to see whether there is anything we could do differently in the future to make it easier for carers to have the vaccination.
