As part of our on-going commitment to maintaining the quality of apprenticeships, we are evaluating the hospitality and retail standards and end-point assessment to ensure they are fit for purpose.
The outcomes and recommendations will be fed back to the hospitality and retail trailblazers, apprenticeship boards, wider sector (via the relevant trade associations), the Institute for Apprenticeships, Department for Education and Education and Skills Funding Agency.
The outcomes will also be used to provide updated advice, guidance and best practice for employers, training providers and end-point assessment organisations in order to maximise effective and efficient training and assessment of industry apprenticeships.
