How SmartSurvey has helped

Using SmartSurvey, the in-house team of experts at INSPIRING can plan and build optimum surveys to gather important data. The survey can be sent directly to a sample group via email or be used during a face to face interview with one of INSPIRING’s consultants. The process ensures guaranteed standardisation of questioning and, therefore, consistency with the survey results.

SmartSurvey allows for survey template themes to be edited, so they are in line with a client’s branding. This builds familiarity and establishes trust with the respondents which, in turn, improves response rates and the quality of the results.

SmartSurvey’s multi-management feature allows INSPIRING to set up accounts for multiple users and pre select individuals or teams to access certain features and data. Standard questions can be saved to accounts, to be duplicated in future surveys.
