The reporting of accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences is a requirement of IRATA International membership.

It is essential that incidents are reported, regardless whether a full accident investigation report has been completed or not. IRATA can be notified that investigation is ongoing and are able to offer guidance if required or requested.
