This form should be completed by referees to support applications made for Survey, Conservation/Project specific, and European Protected Species (EPS) development licences.
Referees
must:
- be able to comment on their experience of working with the relevant species and their ability to use the methods and equipment proposed within the licence application.
- be suitably qualified themselves and must have held a relevant licence previously.
- have experience of the work of the applicant requiring a reference for at least one survey season.
The completed reference form should be sent to the proposed Lead Licensee to be submitted with their application. If you know the email address of the
Proposed Lead Licensee, this reference can be forwarded to them automatically upon submission of this form.
