Young People's Questionnaire: Young People's Substance Misuse Consultation

The Public Health Team is looking at the way that we provide drug and alcohol advice, support and services for young people across Cambridgeshire and we would appreciate your feedback.

All data will be stored securely. By undertaking this survey you are consenting to your information being used. 
 
You will not, in any way, be identifiable in the survey analysis from your responses and any comments will remain anonymous. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes.
