Use this application form if you’re applying for an Environmental Permit for:
Discharges of domestic sewage to surface water if the volume of discharge is 20 cubic metres (20,000 litres) per day or more
Discharges of domestic sewage to groundwater if the volume of discharge is 15 cubic metres (15,000 litres) per day or more
Any discharges of trade effluent or mixed effluent
Water company discharges (from wastewater treatment works, combined sewer overflows and emergency discharges from pumping stations)
Any discharge to groundwater via a borehole, well or other deep structure.
