Please upload a short video (maximum 3 minutes) telling us why you would make a great facilitator for Protection Approaches. When planning your video, we encourage you to look at the person specification in the recruitment pack and use it to guide your answer.

This role is all about public speaking, facilitation, and engaging with different groups. The video is your chance to show us how you communicate and present yourself — just as you would in a workshop. We are not looking for professional production quality; recording on your phone, tablet, or laptop is absolutely fine.

The upload limit is 50 MB. A 3-minute video recorded on a phone or laptop using standard settings will usually be well under this limit. To keep your file size small record in 720p (HD) rather than 1080p or 4K. If your video is too large, you can compress it using free online tools.

Please name your file with your initials (e.g. AB-video.mp4).

Accepted formats: MP4 or MOV only.
