The purpose of this form is to help ensure that people we support and their representatives feel as comfortable as possible raising concerns rather than complaints about the services Dimensions provides. Its purpose is also to ensure that all employees view concerns at least as positively as complaints – that is, as a means of increasing customer satisfaction and improving our services. Our policy outlines the procedures we expect staff to follow to resolve issues as quickly as possible and the regulatory requirements on Dimensions to monitor complaints.
