St Mellion NDP Community Survey 2022

1. Introduction

St Mellion Parish Council is creating a Neighbourhood Development Plan to give the Parish greater say in future developments within the St Mellion Parish. The first step is to obtain a cross section of views from people who live within the Parish about your household and then your views on current and future development within the Parish.
All your responses will be anonymous and treated in the strictest confidence. The information in the returned questionnaire will be seen only by those people nominated by the Steering Group to record and analyse the data provided. This information will be entered onto a database in a way that does not identify any individual resident or their address.
It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey and your involvement in this is completely voluntary.
If you have questions about the survey or how we will use the information that is provided, you may contact the Parish Council’s Clerk at 07878 368857 or by email at the email address specified below.
Email: clerk@stmellion-pc.gov.uk

This survey should be completed on behalf of everyone in the household (one completed questionnaire per household) if you reside in the St Mellion Parish.

We will enter all completed questionnaires into a draw for a £50 voucher and we will ask you at the end to enter a contact phone number so that we can let you know if you have won the voucher. If you wish to opt-out of this draw and not provide any contact details then we will fully understand.

Once completed, please place your survey through the letter box in the St Mellion Church Hall, if you can. Alternatively, please contact the Parish Clerk by phone or email, who will arrange for one of the NDP team to collect your completed survey or to assist you with completing the survey.
