Blackwater & Hawley Neighbourhood Plan - Business Survey

The Blackwater & Hawley Town Council in collaboration with a group of interested residents are developing a Neighbourhood Plan for the Blackwater and Hawley parish. This is an opportunity to address town planning matters and create a framework that will directly influence future planning decisions . A primary goal is how we can improve the business environment within Blackwater & Hawley and support future development of their needs. To this end, we are collecting views from existing local businesses on what aspects they feel are currently lacking and identify those that are needed to promote future business expansion.
