About this survey
We want to make our Adult Learning Service (ALS) better. To do so, we want to hear your views on the ALS pages on liverpool.gov.uk.
This survey is about your experience using the website. If you want to give feedback about the adult learning courses themselves, please contact Adult Learning Services.
The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
Who is this survey for?
This survey is for anyone who has used the ALS section on liverpool.gov.uk. This includes anyone who has signed up for an ALS course, and anyone who has thought about signing up for an ALS course.
What happens to my views?
Your responses will be shared with the Customer and Web Technology team, and the Adult Learning services team to help redesign the Adult Learning Services section of the Liverpool City Council website. All responses will be made anonymous and stored securely until they are deleted one year after the redesign goes live.
All answers will be anonymous. This means no one will know the answers are from you. We will store your answers safely and delete them one year after the new website pages go live.
Anonymous answers may also be shared with Manchester Metropolitan University as part of a final apprenticeship project. All files will be destroyed after the marking is finished.
