We want to modernise our service and invest in tools that give time-pressed businesses and other organisations access to our advice and expertise whenever they need it. So, we are piloting some changes.
Instead of first calling us, organisations can access a wide and growing range of online resources to answer their information rights questions. Our expert advisers are still on hand to provide additional support via live chat and outbound calls if customers can’t find an answer online.
We’d like your views on these changes and would be grateful if you could answer the following questions about the way we handled your recent information rights query. We’ll use your feedback to assess how we’re doing and where we can make improvements. It should only take you a few minutes.
The rest of the survey is structured as follows:
- Section 1: Your thoughts on using our service
- Section 2: About your organisation
If you have any questions or difficulties, please contact: ChannelShiftPilot-SmartSurveyfeedback@ico.org.uk
