Data protection regulations

The Department for Transport (DfT) is carrying out this call for evidence to gather information on the current practice of penalty charge notices (PCNs) for contraventions of moving traffic restrictions and explore options for restricting a local authority's ability to generate surpluses from traffic contraventions.

View our DfT online form and survey privacy notice [opens in a new window] for more information on how your personal data is processed in relation to this survey.

In addition to the information outlined in the privacy notices, we are asking for all organisations their name and if they are a local authority, for identification.
