Shetland Islands Council is required under the “The Requirements for Community Learning and Development (Scotland) Regulations 2013” to produce a 3 year plan which outlines how Community Learning and Development (CLD) will be delivered in the local authority area. There are many partners involved locally in the delivery of CLD, including SIC Community Development – community work and adult learning, Youth Services, Shetland College, Voluntary Action Shetland and a huge number of voluntary, community and development groups. 
 
SIC alongside Shetland Community Learning and Development Partnership is drafting a new Plan for 2018 - 2021, and would very much welcome your feedback and thoughts on the proposed priorities and outcomes, to help identify where collective action by CLD partners should be focused over the next 3 years.
