Customer Collective Pledge
This pledge sets out how we will work together. It reflects our shared commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and constructive collective where everyone feels heard and valued.
Our commitments
- We promise to listen to you and take your feedback on board wherever possible.
- Everyone will be respectful - this includes listening actively, allowing others space to speak, and valuing different opinions.
- Language will be kept polite and tone measured, even when discussing difficult topics.
- We will not address personal or individual staff issues during any sessions. We ask that you to report any issues by calling Customer Services on 0800 3 282 282 or by logging onto MyAccount via our website.
- We're committed to accessibility — we'll adapt our approach to make sessions as inclusive and accessible as possible for all customers and welcome feedback on this.
