LE-Europe invites you to complete this survey to ensure that the views of SMEs in your country are fully reflected in the European Commission 2020/21 SME Annual Report.
The main focus of the report - and therefore this survey - is the impact of Covid-19 on the economic activity of SMEs in 2020 and 2021 and the environmental transition of SMEs.
In order to make completion of the survey as fast as possible, the majority of the 32 questions are multiple choice questions with answer options provided.
Even if you cannot answer all the questions, any input you can provide will be invaluable to our research.
We do not expect you to complete the survey in one sitting, therefore at any time you can click on the
