Dear families,
- We are pleased to confirm that most requests for a place in earlies and/or lates have been accepted subject to the completion of this declaration.
- Families that have not been successful with all original requested days have received a telephone call.
- All other bookings are confirmed.
- Please read this declaration very carefully and return it by no later than noon on the Wednesday 9th April to secure your place.
- Places of non-returnees by this deadline will be offered to those on the waiting list.
The Before and After School Club is managed by the school, overseen by the Board of Governors offering the children a before and after school club in a safe and friendly environment. It will be available for pupils of the school each weekday morning during term time, excluding inset days and bank holidays, and will run from 8am to the start of their school day and from the end of the school day until 5.30pm.
Please note that there may, on occasions be days where earlies or Lates are not operating, if this is the case we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.
Costs will remain competitive and for the summer term will be:
Earlies from 8am - £3.50
Lates to 5.30pm - £13.50
The aims of the ‘Earlies and Lates’ facilities are to increase the opportunities and support available to our families; to offer a childcare facility in an environment which is safe and secure; to help enrich the learning experiences of our children; to develop social skills and enable them to have fun through the ‘Earlies and Lates’ experience.
Payment must be made via ParentPay once your child’s place has been confirmed and certainly in advance of any booked session.
Places WILL be refused if payment is not made in advance.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE for non-attendance as we have to staff according to the booking pattern.

Lates will have a finish time of 5.30pm. We have limited flexibility around this collection time.
This is because the staff responsible for the children will be providing activities around the site and we be unable to leave their group of children in order to take individuals to the office and ensure a safe handover. If you need to collect your child in an emergency or for an appointment between 4pm and 5pm you should email dunalley@dunalley.gloucs.sch.uk to make the necessary arrangements.
Our school office is not staffed after 5pm.
