Shetland Islands Council's Adult Learning wants to make sure its English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) provision is accessible, meets the needs of learners and can help to develop skills for people to be able to participate fully in the local community.
As an employer, you may have employees whose first language is not English, and who may or may not need support to communicate more effectively in the workplace and beyond. We are looking for your help.
