Thank you for taking part in this important survey, which is intended for owners, proprietors, or senior leadership staff with oversight of your organisation’s finances and operations.
This is the third year Norfolk County Council has run the Sector Pulse Survey, based on the national approach developed by Care England. Your responses will help us build on the insight gathered over the last 2 years — allowing us to track changes over time, better understand the pressures providers are facing, and strengthen our national advocacy for the care sector.
We are inviting responses from organisations commissioned by Norfolk County Council Adult Social Care — including providers of Home Care, Residential and Nursing Care, Day Services, Supported Living, Supported Accommodation, and Housing-Related Support — to help us better understand the financial and workforce challenges currently affecting your services.
Your feedback is essential to shaping the 2027/28 Adult Social Care fee review process. The evidence you provide will directly inform our approach to fee setting, market planning, and sustainability — helping us work towards a stable, high-quality care market in Norfolk.
If your organisation delivers more than one type of care provision (e.g. Home Care and Supported Living), we kindly ask that you complete a separate survey for each service type. This allows for more accurate, sector-specific analysis.
Confidentiality and Anonymity
The information you provide will remain strictly confidential and anonymous. Your responses will not be linked back to you or your organisation. All data will be reported in an anonymised, aggregated form, used solely for analysis purposes.
Time to Complete & Assistance
