Health & Care in Gloucestershire - Have your say

0%

You may remember earlier in the year we invited people in Gloucestershire to provide feedback on the national NHS 10 Year Health Plan.  The plan was published this July and in response we are reviewing our strategic plans for local services.

We have taken the national idea of the three ‘shifts’ in the 10 Year Health Plan to think about how together we can meet our local challenges. We want to start a new conversation in Gloucestershire NOW! covering:

  • Neighbourhood health and care
  • Online, digital and technology
  • Wellbeing, prevention and maintaining health independence.

Firstly, we want to get your views on a set of principles. They are based on questions we asked local people and communities 10 years ago and their responses have guided us well, informing the way we develop services to this day. A lot has happened in those 10 years, including the global pandemic, so today we want to check these principles still hold true and identify things we might want to do differently in the future.

We also want to get your views on the immediate priorities for the NHS in Gloucestershire and your thoughts on how the NHS should develop over the next 5 years. We will use your feedback and ideas to shape local plans.

Further detail about the principles and our ideas for the future are set out in a short information booklet.  We encourage you to read this before providing your feedback.

We appreciate that there may be some sections of this survey that will be of more interest to you than others. Feel free to skip some of the questions, but please go to the final page and click the Finish Survey button to ensure your responses are submitted. If you aren't able to complete the survey in one go you can save your progress and revisit it at a later date - you will receive an email with a personalised link in order to continue with the survey from where you've left it. We will only use your email address to send you a reminder to complete the survey - we will not retain your email address after the closing date of the survey.

Although this survey is anonymous, your responses to the first set of questions will tell us a little about you and help us ensure that we hear from different kinds of people living in Gloucestershire. We will not be able to identify you.

Any feedback you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and stored securely.  If you want to find out more about how NHS Gloucestershire uses your information please click here to visit our website.
