Healthwatch County Durham would like to hear your views about Adult Social Care and how information about services and support is communicated.
We want to understand how people find information about Adult Social Care, whether it is easy to access and understand, and how they would prefer to receive information in the future. We are also interested in what matters most to people if they need care and support, and any barriers they may face when accessing information and services.
Your feedback will help inform future improvements to communication and information sharing.
Please note that this analysis will be shared with Durham County Council and may be used as part of its wider review of Adult Social Care communications and information sharing.
