Welcome to the IDR's 2026 National Management Pay and Benefits survey.
Management skills remain in short supply, and in some areas this continues to place upward pressure on pay. This survey will provide a timely indication of the extent to which these pressures are influencing pay and reward decisions in 2026.
This survey is being undertaken by Incomes Data Research (IDR), the independent pay research organisation. Please complete the survey as fully as possible and as soon as possible, but no later than Friday 6th March.
Participants of the survey will receive a free summary of the analysis as a 'thank you' for taking part in our research.
