Autism Training Needs Analysis

Norfolk County Council is committed to the development of Norfolk’s workforce and to ensuring staff have the right knowledge and skills to support and deliver services to people. As part of our work around the Autism Act, Equalities Act and the Norfolk All Age Autism Partnership Board, we recognise there is a need for us to know about the skills of those who support people with Autism. As a valued partner, we would like to know about the learning and development your staff have undertaken and your plans for the future. We would be very grateful if you could answer the questions in this survey, so we can begin to build a picture of your staff's expertise and how we can support your organisation’s development in this area. This will allow Norfolk County Council to identify any gaps and support organisations with further training in the future where applicable.
