Norfolk SEND Partnership offers confidential and impartial information, advice and support on special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You have recently contacted our Helpline and we would be grateful if you would answer a few questions to provide us with your feedback and help us improve our service.
You can choose not to take the survey or to stop responding at any time. This online survey will take less than 5 minutes. Your responses to questions will be recorded once you move on to the next page.
Your responses will be confidential. We will process personal data according to The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Data Protection Act 2018 and Norfolk SEND Partnership’s data protection policy and guidelines. We will hold your personal data in order to respond appropriately to feedback, it will not be shared outside of our service.
