Theory and Methods Challenge Fortnights in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence 2020

The Theory and Methods Challenge Fortnights in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence brings together experts from across the university partner network and external institutions to participate in a multi-day research event on a specific theoretical or methodological challenge.

Turing research staff have been invited to formulate proposals where they presented one modern theoretical and/or methodological challenge, and set a plan on how to tackle it.

This form gives you the opportunity to express interest in joining the 'Accelerating Nonconvex Optimizers for Machine Learning of applications ' challenge team. 

You are expected to make a judgement based on the importance of the foreseen results in at least one discipline in the remit of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Please consult the call document for more information on the scheme, the application and evaluation process, and the criteria that the proposers were recommended to meet.
