Welcome to our annual Residents' Survey 2025. Your responses will help us to understand your views of your local area and of our services. 

The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete, and you have the option to save your progress at any point and return later. If you don’t feel able or do not want to complete any questions, for the vast majority you can skip the question and move to the next one.

Please take the time to complete it by midnight on Sunday 9 November 2025.

By responding to the survey you will also have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of five vouchers to use at your choice of independent retailer / cafe / restaurant across our district. More information is available later in the survey, and Terms and Conditions apply. Winners will be drawn at random, and notified by the middle of December 2025.

The information you provide to us will only be used by Malvern Hills District Council for the purposes of consultation and research in order to improve our services. We will publish anonymous results on our website. These will be statistical and will never contain your name or anything that could identify you.
