We are carrying out this survey to better understand how you access information and what information interests you in relation to the gluten free diet, managing health and Coeliac UK. We will use the information to inform and develop our services to ensure they meet the needs of the gluten free community. 

At the end of the survey you will have the option to provide your name and email address to be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a copy of Jane Devonshire's new cookbook and / or to be contacted with further information about this project.
