Measuring Experience of People Living with Dementia - Commissioners and Providers Version

Alzheimer's Society is developing a resource for the Department of Health and Social Care to help commissioners, providers and regulators measure the experience of people living with dementia as health and social care service users. We would welcome your inputs to shaping this new resource. Please reply by 5pm Wednesday 18 January 2019.
