How the information will be used?
The information collected by the British Dental Association will primarily be used to inform future discussions and
policy work on GDS Dentistry in Wales. All data will be used for research purposes only and any information you provide will be treated confidentially. All data will remain anonymous.
What happens to the data collected?
Data from all participants will be coded, combined and analysed by BDA staff.
Storage of your personal data
All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. The data that we collect from you will not be transferred to, or stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Your personal data collected through this survey will be stored for up to seven years. Data will be stored on our servers and our survey platform which is SmartSurvey.
Access to information
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
What do I need to do?
You are not required to take part in this study but your participation will allow us to gather valuable evidence for future work on to inform ongoing consultations with Welsh Government about GDS reform. Your information will be aggregated with the other respondents' information. All responses will be anonymous.
