New code of conduct - comments

We’re consulting on a new Code of Conduct that will set out the behaviours and standards expected of everyone involved in Hyde’s work, governance, services and decision-making.

This page is a summary to help residents comment on the core expectations of the code. Feedback from the consultation will be considered before the code is finalised and presented to the Group Board for formal adoption.

Once adopted, the code will sit alongside the National Housing Federation Code of Governance and support compliance with regulatory expectations, including the Competence and Conduct Standard.

Please provide any feedback by Friday 30 October 2026. Please do not use this form to request services or report issues - these should be reported through the usual channels.

3. Is there enough emphasis on:

4. Is the route for raising complaints, concerns, whistleblowing disclosures or challenges to poor behaviour clear enough?
