This Annual Survey of Providers asks questions to enable the Early Years and Childcare Service to carry out its statutory duties to ensure sufficient childcare.  If you are a funded provider you will also be asked questions regarding your workforce required for the Early Years Census statutory return.

All funded providers are required to complete the Annual Survey as stated in the Provider Agreement.
