Application for an environmental permit: Part C6.5 Discharging treated domestic sewage effluent of up to 15 cubic metres a day into ground or up to 20 cubic metres a day onto surface water

This form is for customers who already hold an environmental permit for discharging domestic sewage effluent of up to 15 cubic metres per day (m3) to ground or up to 20 cubic metre (m3) per day to surface water and are looking to either:

Correct a mistake on your current permit or make changes to your personal details or company details.

Make a technical change to the permit (for example change the location of discharge, change the volume or content of the discharge.
