Assurance, Learning & Impact Survey - Practitioners

A key component of the Children’s Safeguarding Assurance Partnership is to be assured that services for children and families across Blackpool, Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen are safe, continually improving and are aspiring to be of the highest possible quality.

In order to achieve this the CSAP Joint Partnership Business Unit have developed this short and simple survey and allows individuals the opportunity to provide assurance following the sharing of any publication or learning. 

Responses to this survey will be used to inform the impact of this learning and will assist in continually improving safeguarding provision across Pan-Lancashire.  Importantly, your responses are an essential aspect in helping to assess practice and support improved outcomes for children and young people across the region.

You may complete this survey anonymously or provide your name - it's up to you, however, it would help us to plan future learning if you are able to provide your work area, role and location.
