Dear Colleague,
While the labour market has softened somewhat, employment retains a certain amount of resilience and this, alongside ongoing inflationary pressures, means that market demands on pay persist.
Our pay planning survey aims to examine the influences on the pay decisions that organisations are making for 2026 as well as providing insights into the forces shaping reward outcomes over the coming year and beyond. We also explore the extent to which employers are transparent about pay with existing and prospective staff.
All participants will receive a free summary of the findings. As such, taking part will provide you with a valuable insight into how businesses are responding to real-time trends, and will help guide future pay-setting decisions.
Participants will also receive a £20 discount on the entry price to our forthcoming conference in September, bringing the price down to £100 + VAT. We will present the survey findings and also hear from other employment experts and practitioners.
The survey will be open until 5pm, Friday 11 July 2025.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like a hard copy of the survey to complete.
Kind regards,
